What we do at your commercial vehicle's tyre
- Repair tyres on site — nail and sidewall damage, hot and cold vulcanisation, mushroom plugs, patches and combination repairs on tube-type and tubeless tyres
- Swap a complete wheel — quickly change a ready-mounted wheel so the transit run continues without a long stop
- Mount and demount casings — fitting and removing tyres on the rim, common sizes 315/70 R22.5, 315/80 R22.5, 385/65 R22.5
- Straighten or replace rims — with a crack or a dent, fit your spare or a new rim, repair of steel rims
- Spare or loan wheel — mounting and emergency fitting on the route, so you can make it across the border
- Twin tyres on the drive axle — demount, mount, reposition and rotate
- Balancing, tyre pressure and valves — balancing commercial-vehicle wheels, correcting pressure (including nitrogen), replacing valves and inserts
- Free seized wheel nuts, remove defective wheel locks and re-torque to specification
- Winter tyres and snow chains — check M+S and tread depth, change tyres for the winter requirement (1 November to 15 April), fit chains before the Alpine crossing over the Tauern
- Source and deliver tyres — new and used, rare sizes; for trailers, semi-trailers, buses, tanker, construction and special vehicles
